Can we display BoardQ on the office TV or call-center wallboard?
Yes - it's a primary use case. Open any leaderboard in a browser on a smart TV or wall display and it auto-refreshes live over WebSocket, no manual reload. The dark theme is tuned to stay readable across the floor.
Does BoardQ integrate with our CRM or help desk?
Yes. Push scores in automatically via the REST API or a webhook from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or any tool that can POST JSON. Zapier works too if you'd rather not write code. API access is part of the Premium plan.
Can I run the leaderboard straight from a Google Sheet?
Yes. Connect a Google Sheet, map which columns are the name and the score, and BoardQ keeps the board in sync automatically - no formulas or CSV exports. Your sheet stays the source of truth.
Can we keep boards private and run several contests at once?
Yes. Password-protect a board so commission or performance numbers stay inside the team, and run as many concurrent leaderboards as you need - one per metric, team, or region.

The free plan includes 2 leaderboards with unlimited participants, real-time updates, and all themes - no credit card. Premium adds unlimited boards, custom branding (your logo & colors), API access, and priority support from $8.99/month.
Do team members need an account to view the board?
No. Anyone with the link or QR code sees the live leaderboard instantly, and you can embed it in Slack, Teams, Notion or your intranet with a single iframe. Only admins managing scores need an account.
